I have just used the GSiteCrawler, which is free, runs on Windows and makes the url file for Yahoo as well. It worked really good for me. It also has a good warning to make sure you are logged out of you site, especially any administrator capabilities as it followed "delete" links and could really delete a lot of data from your site. Any other recommendations or pros/cons of this one or others?

Another nice feature about GsiteCrawler is that it is not limited to 500 URLs as some of the other free tools have that limit, which is not good for large sites.

Another thing I like about GSiteCrawler is that it has a very easy to use filter (but powerful) feature that lets you exclude different parts of your website using URL keywords.
