I recently tried Skype for an international call and was amazed at the voice quality. It is all free and was very good with a broadband internet connection. Go to www.skype.com (http://www.skype.com) to download the software. You will need a headset that you can connect to your computer. It is a special computer headset that has 2 plugs, 1 to plug into the headphone jack and one to plug into the microphone jack of your PC.
