Fazewire,

You are brave! Thanks for the invitiation to review your site.

Here are my thoughts:

First, you have a very professional looking site that is clean and easy on the eyes with large fonts that are easy to read.

The biggest change you might consider would to make the white space around Fazewire smaller and perhaps shrink the size of the Promotion at the top. These two combined make it where I can't see the Web Hosting Plans, Live Chat and Customer Testimonials on the bottom of the page without scrolling (on a 1024/768 display).

I like the customer testimonial on the front page. As you get more, you might make these cycle, changing every 20 seconds or so.

I really like that you have phone, address and email in the Contact Us page. Too many hosts do not have a phone number or an address on their website and as a customer, this doesn't allow me to gain much trust.

I like that you tout this on your About Us page:
Remember, if there is anything we can do for you don't hesitate to ask!

I think the support page could use a link back to your home page as the home link just takes you back to the Support home.

Here is a minor typo to correct:
This: Web Hosting Search lists us a a recommend
Should be this: Web Hosting Search lists us as a recommend

Those are my comments. Do with them as you will.

Fazewire,

One more comment, you should run some SEO tools and see what they suggest. Websitegrader.com has much info, here are a few easy things you can do:

No Meta Keywords Found
There were no keywords detected in the metadata of the website.

Though Google does not seem to place high relevance on meta keywords to determine the content of a website, other engines like Yahoo! may still look at these.

Since it doesn't hurt you to have metakeywords, we'd suggest going ahead and adding them to the page.

The domain for this website is set to expire in less than a year (7 months, 20 days ).
We would suggest renewing this domain with your registrar. Google and other search engines may penalize websites with domains that are set to expire soon. The reason for this is that many spam sites are often registered for short periods of time.

Permanent Redirect Not Found
Search engines may think www.fazewire.com and fazewire.com are two different sites. You should set up a permanent redirect (technically called a "301 redirect") between these sites. Once you do that, you will get full search engine credit for your work on these sites.
